You learn to speak in a way that makes people want to listen to you.

During the training, we'll guide you through the entire process of preparing and performing to appear authentic, confident, and inspire your audience to action on stage (or in the boardroom).

Preparation is key: You will learn how to prepare effectively for your presentation – from setting goals to working with content and time.

Authenticity in speech: Together we will create a speech that represents you – your values, your style, your personality

A structure that works: You'll discover how to build a message that is clear, engaging, and logically organized

Holding attention: learn how to work with energy, rhythm, and pauses to keep your audience engaged from start to finish.

Power of voice, body, and mind: You will learn techniques to help you control your nerves and appear confident and persuasive.

Emotions as a tool: you will understand how to consciously work with emotions - yours and the audience's - and how to use them to your advantage.

Naturalness and readiness: you will practice how to be natural, react spontaneously, and still keep the direction and goal of the performance.

THIS COURSE IS LEAD BY

Valér Dzvonik

He has more than 15 years of experience in communication and leadership development. He has helped transform over 100 leaders and inspired over 1000 participants in his courses.

He holds a Master's degree from the Faculty of Arts at Palacký University in Olomouc and a degree in Communication from Università La Sapienza in Rome.

He is a mentor of managers and an author of communication programs for companies such as O2 Czech Republic. He graduated from acting school, which gives him a unique insight into working with voice, body, and emotions. He works as a consultant, presenter, and keynote speaker.

He currently holds the role of Head of People & Culture at Symphera.

Day 2

FORM AND EMOTIONAL IMPACT (PATHOS)

  • How to impress as a speaker (Psychology of speaking, body language, voice work, how to deal with stage fright)
  • How to work with emotions in performance (The power of emotions, their dosage, building a connection with the audience)
  • How to be natural and responsive (improvisation techniques, handling unexpected situations, flexibility)
  • How to inspire your audience to action (Sharing your passion, working with your audience)
