Developing individuals and companies is simply our heart’s desire. We constantly strive to improve and push things further. Our hearts beat for the growth of people, teams and organizations so they can reach their potential, which is undoubtedly enormous. Together we develop:
in Time & Life Management and personal development
with a focus on communication and negotiation
teamwork including team management, leadership and development in general
and their processes, culture and management
by sharing our good practice at conferences, in books and media
We strongly believe that there is a better way – a way how to lead projects, companies, teams, and ourselves. So we are not prepared to settle for the status quo – the tried and true approach just because someone else next to us does it. We don not want to toil “uphill with the load” like Sisyphus when things can be done differently.
We are obsessed with a desire constantly to:
- Seek this path,
- Test and follow to validate it on ourselves, and
- Pass on our experience in a way that gives you, our friends, at least a little bit of enthusiasm and energy in addition to information and experience.
Our name comes from the Greek and expresses our desire and need to be useful. Sympheró (ΣυμΦερω) means to be useful, to be helpful, to join together, to gather for the purpose of helping, to assist. We actually found our company’s name in the Bible – a book in which the founder and owner of Symphera often looks for inspiration for his personal life and business. The name thus expresses our desire to bring clear added value not only to your projects, your teams and your companies, but primarily to you personally.
“You know that I have not hesitated to preach anything that would be helpful to you (symphero), but have taught you publicly and from house to house.” Bible, Acts 20:20
Satisfied? Great!
Happy? Even better!
Raving Fan? That's our goal!
It is possible to lead and do business with love.
We do.
Law, ethics, integrity? That's given.
We aim higher.
It delights us to really add value.
Even though we are a group of pros and we rarely take our suits and shirts off, believe it or not, we do like to have fun and we are a fun bunch. We know how to enjoy the journey together. We like to meet at conferences, sports, over coffee, good food, or on outings with our families. Because we all love the mountains, every year we go on a summer hike together in the Austrian Alps.
