The course will introduce participants to the role of Product Owner and Product Manager within an organization using SAFe. You will learn how to decompose ideas in the company from portfolio level to user stories, manage program and team backlogs, plan iterations and program increments. You will learn what Continuous Delivery Pipeline means and how it can, along with DevOps, contribute to the continuous improvement of ART. (2 days, certification)

For whom is the course designed?
  • The course is designed in particular for Product Owners and Product Managers.
Expertise and prerequisites

The course requires no prior knowledge. Nevertheless, participants should have some experience with Lean, Agile and the SAFe environment. It is a good foundation to be aware of the core agile concepts and principles.

The SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager certification exam is not taken during this course; however, each participant will have one attempt at the exam within 30 days of completing the course
