You will understand how these roles contribute to delivering business value within an Agile Release Train, how company intent is translated all the way down into user stories, and how to work with backlogs properly. You will learn to plan and run iterations and program increments, and you will gain an overview of the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps principles in a SAFe environment.

The course is aimed above all at Product Owners and Product Managers.
Expertise and prerequisites
The course requires no prior knowledge, but participants should have experience of Lean, Agile and the SAFe environment. A grounding in agile concepts and principles is essential.

The SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification exam is not taken during the course. After completing the course, participants get access to the exam through their Learning Plan in SAFe Studio. Two exam attempts are available and have to be used within 60 days of completing the course.
