About the course
We'll break down the prejudice that PRINCE2® is an outdated, obsolete project management method built on paperwork and pointless processes. You'll learn who's who on a project, understand the key principles of project management and be able to talk to project managers anywhere in the world. You'll learn to use universal project management processes for simple and complex projects alike. With an experienced trainer to guide you, we'll help you get a better grasp of the method's processes, themes and principles.
