About the course

You will gain all the knowledge you need to lead and support a company's agile transformation using SAFe and all of its principles. You will learn how to organise teams of agile teams, known as Agile Release Trains (ARTs), how to implement agile principles in technical and non-technical teams, and how to support the key agile ceremonies of each ART. The course also covers the lean-agile mindset, customer focus and how to carry out an agile transformation step by step.

Who the course is for

The course is aimed mainly at the following roles: top and middle management, management in software development, QA and infrastructure, programme and project managers, product managers, portfolio managers, PMO, and architects (particularly enterprise and solution architects).

Expertise and prerequisites

No prior knowledge required. Participants who want to take the SAFe® Agilist certification exam are recommended to have experience with development or with project or product management, and experience with Scrum.
